Organisational structure
The organisation of TAXMOBIL consists on the one hand of the company structure and on the other hand of the administrative structure.
Company structure
The company structure consists of the TAXMOBIL AG which administrates as parent group the specific country subsidiaries and takes over central tasks. The country subsidiaries run inside their own country several offices, the so-called TAXMOBIL city head offices which will be of regional nature.

Administrative structure
The administrative structure begins with the TAXMOBIL AG and ends with the partner companies coming from the taxi and local public transport industry. The AG is going to administrate according to this in a few years a manageable number of country subsidiaries. These administrate their TAXMOBIL city offices which are in charge of the transport companies that are connected to them. These companies administrate their car pools and personnel independently.
