Originally, the idea was to make the own passenger transport company more efficient. In the course of time however, an idea was born which, once well-thought-out and pursued, became a concept. This concept is able to work out in view of worldwide expansion and comprises incredible potential.

When it was founded in 2003, it became clear that the company financing and the idea couldn’t follow all the examples which were stated during the boom on the new market by many parent companies. Back then, new and innovative ideas were pushed onto the market and brought to the stock exchange market with the money of venture capital companies. Often, the only background was to make money as fast and as much as possible. The implementation of the business idea actually fell behind or couldn’t bear up a more careful examination. Many people got to feel the consequences all over the world. Some did actually earn a lot but many did lose a good deal.

The company’s founder who proceeds from a family of businessmen came to the conclusion that he didn’t want to go this way. He thinks it’s wrong to finance a new company at the stock market and to get dependent on risk capital companies or other financial institutions as essentially the TAXMOBIL-idea is a development project. Furthermore experience shows that institutional investors are seldom interested in the project itself but rather in fast and high profits.

His philosophy is to build a company which is financed by own capital with the help of private investors who do only invest a maintainable part of their capital.
