Center of innovation for mobility and social change GmbH

InnoZ is a cooperation company of the Deutsche Bahn AG, T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH, Research Centre for Social Research GmbH in Berlin and the German Centre for Aerospace e. V. and deals with the complex interactions at the interface between mobility and social change.

Software and Service for Traffic

The HaCon Engineer Company, situated in Hannover has been offering solutions concerning traffic and logistics since 1984. A dedicated team of about 120 employees responsible for IT and traffic planning has made HaCon be a leading company in Europe in the field of planning disposition and IT.

The company became famous with the schedule information system HAFAS which has been used since 1989 by Deutsche Bahn. Meanwhile several further European train and traffic companies utilize HAFAS not only in Germany but e.g. also in Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Great Britain and the USA. By now, HAFAS is used by more than 80 clients in 16 countries. As universal system, HAFAS is also employed in air and freight traffic. Also the new software product by HaCon, the schedule construction and management system TPS meets more and more with the approval of clients in the European train market.

Leading in Telephony and Voice Systems

The international wide acting Clarity AG is an often awarded supplier of software solutions for language communication in call centres and all fields of Business-Telephony. From multifunctional telephone systems to Call Center-Systemen which are working across locations, the solutions which are built up in a modular way offer high ease of use, maximum flexibility, scalability and disposability.

Founded in 2000, Clarity employs at the moment about 100 employees and reverts to further experts of the international partners. The company is headquartered in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt/Main and has several sites in the German-speaking area and the Eastern part of Europe. Furthermore, it is represented in the Asian growth market including India and China.

Between Clarity’s clients, there are companies of all sectors and sizes: call centres as well as automobile producers, energy providers, financial services, aerospace companies and telecommunication providers. Moreover the clients are institutions of public services and radio stations. They all conduct millions of voice communications every day via Clarity.
